Why we made it
For centuries these writings circulated among the faithful, were argued over, and were finally set outside the canon. Whatever you make of them, they're part of the story — and most people have never so much as seen them.
So we gathered them, plainly and freely, for anyone curious enough to read for themselves. Not to replace Scripture, but to open a door that's usually kept shut — offered at no cost, to be taken up or set down as each person decides.
